How season dates work
Season packages cover standard regular-season competition dates.
A single-team standard competition date includes up to three hours of continuous on-site photography and typically covers a single game, match, dual/tri meet, or comparable regular-season competition.
Standard dates
A standard competition date includes up to three hours of continuous on-site photography for one team or roster level.
Shared program dates
A shared program date covers the reasonably consecutive JV + Varsity schedule as one continuous assignment. Extended schedules, long gaps, overlapping competitions, or unusually long program dates may require additional coverage fees.
Wrestling clarification
Regular-season duals or tri meets can qualify as standard competition dates. Invitationals, tournaments, brackets, and multi-session meets are quoted separately.
Tournaments and postseason are separate.
Invitationals, tournaments, postseason brackets, multi-session meets, and extended championship days vary too much to fit the regular-season package structure. Those events are priced based on coverage time, rounds, and delivery scope.
View Tournament PricingJV + Varsity schedules need to stay aligned.
JV + Varsity program pricing applies when both teams compete on the same date, at the same venue, with reasonably consecutive schedules in a coverage block that can be treated as one continuous assignment. Away competitions at another school can still qualify when those conditions are met.
Included with season coverage
A calmer booking experience for a busy season.
Season planning
Once the schedule is available, dates are mapped in advance so coverage is predictable instead of last-minute.
Consistent visual style
Images are edited with a cohesive look across the season, which keeps galleries, social posts, and team use aligned.
Program-friendly delivery
Final galleries are organized for easy sharing with athletes, parents, coaches, boosters, and school media contacts.
Athlete-aware coverage
Coverage is planned around roster balance, athlete participation, seniors, milestones, and the moments that define the program. Playing time, match duration, position, access, and photographic opportunities vary, so identical image counts for every athlete cannot be guaranteed.
Need something more custom?
Some teams need more dates, extra deliverables, sponsor coverage, split-site logistics, or tournament support. Those projects are scoped directly so the coverage plan matches the season instead of forcing it into a standard package.
